Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Skymind Collective ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is handled, and your rights in relation to it.

Information We Collect

We do not maintain a CRM, customer database, or any internal system that stores your personal information. The only personal information we receive is what you voluntarily provide when you contact us — either through the contact form on this website or by sending us a direct email.

How Your Information Is Handled

Our contact form is built using the Kadence Form Block for WordPress. When you submit the contact form, your message is passed directly to our administrative email inbox and is not stored in our WordPress database. That inbox is hosted on Google Workspace, and all email data is therefore subject to Google's privacy and security infrastructure.

Because our email is hosted on Google Workspace, the transmission and storage of any information you send us is subject to Google's privacy practices. By using our contact form or sending us a direct email, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of Google's Privacy Policy.

Cookies and Tracking

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools that collect personal data.

Third-Party Services

Beyond Google Workspace, we do not share your information with any third-party services, advertisers, or data processors.

Data Retention

We do not retain your personal information in any proprietary system. Emails received through Google Workspace are subject to Google's own data retention practices, as described in their privacy policy, linked above.

Your Rights

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected about you, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. Because we do not maintain an internal database of personal information, most data you submit is held within Google's infrastructure.

For California-specific privacy information and to understand your rights in full, please visit the California Privacy Protection Agency.

European Union and UK Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability. As we do not maintain an internal database, the primary data processor for information you submit is Google.

For more information on your rights under GDPR, please visit the European Data Protection Board. For UK residents, please refer to the Information Commissioner's Office.

For any privacy-related requests directed to Skymind Collective specifically, please contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
